Hi, I'm Wendy Edwards, an Organisational Development Consultant, Mediator, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, and Child Consultant with more than 25 years' experience in social science and human behaviour. My work spans workplace conflict management, leadership and team development, family dispute resolution, child-inclusive practice, and elder mediation.

Whether supporting organisations through workplace challenges or helping families navigate separation, parenting arrangements, and significant life transitions, I provide a calm, neutral, and person-centred approach that encourages respectful communication, mutual understanding, and practical, future-focused outcomes.

Drawing on extensive experience across organisational, family, and community settings, I help individuals, families, leaders, and teams work through conflict constructively, rebuild trust where possible, and make informed decisions that support sustainable relationships and positive outcomes. 

As a Child Consultant, I also support processes that ensure children's experiences, views, and developmental needs are thoughtfully considered when families are making decisions about their future.
